The Revival Systems weightlifting platform provides the ultimate solid style base for all types of strength training. The platform is made up of a solid plywood centre with three 30mm thick rubber tiles ethier side each side.
 
There are four anchor points two on each side of the platform to facilitate banded resistance exercises
