Our Competition Weight Plates are compliant to the IWF (International Weightlifting Federation) standards on plate dimensions

With an outer diameter of 450mm. The Competition Plates also comply with the IWF Weight Tolerance with a weight tolerance of (+/- 0.8%). 

The Competition Weight Plates are available in IWF colours (Green, Yellow, Blue & Red).
